Our holiday house is situated on a peninsula so you can enjoy your first morning coffee while watching the sea! Besides the beautiful view, one of the advantages is definitely the beach which surrounds the whole house. Depending on your preferences, you can either enjoy the sun or relax in the shade on deck chairs which are at your disposal free of charge.

All our accommodation units are air conditioned and free internet access is provided.
The quality of the internet varies and we cannot guarantee flawless operation.
Pets are not allowed.


One bedroom apartment - ground floor

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen with dining area and living room. The advantage of this apartment is its large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay.

Two bedroom apartment - ground floor

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with dining area, living room and balcony.

Rooms for 2 with bathroom

The rooms are located on the ground floor, and there are a total of five rooms that share a kitchen, dining room and a large terrace. Refrigerators and a freezer are in the hallway, in which each room is assigned specific shelves.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with dining area, living room and balcony.


If you own a boat, two piers with berths are also provided.

Location

Our holiday house is situated on the island of Rab, in Supetarska Draga (donja) on a peninsula the natives call Artić.

The peninsula is now owned by a brother and a sister since it was bought by their father Petar Gulić in 1949. The father’s intention was to use the peninsula for keeping chickens, but the peninsula turned out to be a true holiday resort. Therefore, the spouses Petar and Milica began offering accommodation in rooms with half-board in 1971. A lot has changed since then, the witness to which are numerous photos in the hall depicting the peninsula Artić through history.

The best way to reach us is by ferry from Stinica on the mainland. Mišnjak, the ferry port on the island of Rab, is situated at the other end of the island and it takes 17 km from there to reach us.
